This was definitely a heartfelt moment when Senator Obama accepted the flag lapel pin from the disabled Veteran in Pennsylvania.
The Senator based on his personal reasoning and set of principles had in the past chosen not to wear the ornament.
Yet, he gladly accepted from the spirit in which it was given and the respect, that he has for all the veterans.
Hopefully, others will see this and just simply let it be.

It was apparent from his demeanor that he was honored. I will keep a watchout to see if the Senator will continue to wear it. If he is smart he will.
