Sabri Bogday, a Turk who is a barber has been in jail for just a little over a year. His only crime using God’s name in vain, while he argued with his neighbor. Doesn’t this give you a new spin on ‘Love Thy Neighbor’?
Bogday is hoping for an appeal on his sentence.
Unfortunately, this is the very court that recently sentenced a rape victim to 200 lashes and six months in prison, because she was in a car with a man that wasn’t her kin. And they both were attacked by knife point. This is the very court that will publicly behead someone for rape murder and heresy.
I can’t believe I’m reporting something so barbaric and cruel – but it’s all done in the name of the Most High – God.
