3 in 10 Americans Admit to Race Bias

(Survey Shows Age, Too, May Affect Election Views)

As Sen. Barack Obama opens his campaign as the first African American on a major party presidential ticket, nearly half of all Americans say race relations in the country are in bad shape and three in 10 acknowledge feelings of racial prejudice, according to a new Washington PostABC News poll.

Lingering racial bias affects the public’s assessments of the Democrat from Illinois, but offsetting advantages and Sen. John McCain‘s age could be bigger factors in determining the next occupant of the White House.  (keep reading washingtonpost.com)

Hate Groups’ Newest Target

Posters on Stormfront complain that Obama represents the end of “white rule” and the beginning of “multiculturalism.” They fear that he will promote affirmative action, support illegal immigration and help render whites, who make up two-thirds of the U.S. population, “the new minority.”

“I get nonstop e-mails and private message from new people who are mad as hell about the possibility of Obama being elected,” said Black, a white power activist since the 1970s. “White people, for a long time, have thought of our government as being for us, and Obama is the best possible evidence that we’ve lost that. This is scaring a lot of people who maybe never considered themselves racists, and it’s bringing them over to our side.”

Almost all white power leaders said they are benefiting from the rise in recruits. David Duke, a former Louisiana state representative and a longtime advocate of racial segregation, said hits to his Web site have doubled and that more organizations now request him as a guest speaker. Dan Hill, who runs an extremist group in northern Michigan, says his cohorts are more willing to “take serious action” and plan rallies to protest politicians and immigration. Roper says White Revolution receives about 10 new applicants each week, more than double the norm. (more at washingtonpost.com)

If Obama is President Will We Still Call It The White House

The Republican Party of Texas will donate to charity the $1,500 it received for leasing a booth at its state convention to a vendor who sold this racist button, according to reports.

At the Republican state convention, a booth hosted by Republicanmarket was selling a pin Saturday that says: If Obama is President will we still call it the White House.

There were other pins that weren’t necessarily conveying the positive, inclusive, united front that has been portrayed during the convention. One said, “Press 1 for English and Press 2 for Deportation.”

I say We can call it ‘The House That The Republicans Didn’t Take!’ Step aside Boys and Girls!

Atheism as a cover for racism

I found this over at euraktiva’s blog.

The question proposed — Is this a part of a growing phenomenon — Religion being used a subtle code for race?

Your Whiteness is Showing

An Open Letter to Certain White Women Who Are Threatening to Withhold Support from Obama in November

By TIM WISE

This is an open letter to those white women who, despite their proclamations of progressivism, and supposedly because of their commitment to feminism, are threatening to withhold support from Barack Obama in November. You know who you are. (paragraph 1)

First, for those of you threatening to actually vote for John McCain and to oppose Senator Obama, or to stay home in November and thereby increase the likelihood of McCain winning and Obama losing (despite the fact that the latter’s policy platform is virtually identical to Clinton’s while the former’s clearly is not), all the while claiming to be standing up for women… (paragraph 5)

For those threatening to vote for John McCain or to stay home and increase the odds of his winning (despite the fact that he once called his wife the c-word in public and is a staunch opponent of reproductive freedom and gender equity initiatives, such as comparable worth legislation), all the while claiming to be standing up for women…(paragraph 6)

For those threatening to vote for John McCain or to stay home and help ensure Barack Obama’s defeat, as a way to protest what you call Obama’s sexism (examples of which you seem to have difficulty coming up with), all the while claiming to be standing up for women…(paragraph 7)

Your whiteness is showing.

folks have a bad habit of wanting to shoot the messenger for the message skedaddle on over to Tim Wise’s place and argue all night with him, because these are just excerpts there’s more.

One Citizen from Daily Kos the Creator of Michelle Obama Torture Depiction

One Citizen has removed this illustration.

But here are Citizen’s word regarding his illustration.

“You have to admit that the sensationalist image snagged a lot more readers though. unrepentant. BTW I took that image down long before anyone realized it. I figured I’d take it down as soon a I hit a certain number of comments. I still think that it was entirely appropriate, historically accurate and politically relevant. Besides, it was an ILLUSTRATION, a FICTION not a PHOTO. I still don’t get what all the uproar was about mainly because only one person bothered to really articulate their feelings.”

Just in case you’re not knowledgeable about ‘Lynching’, read this

Nearly five thousand men and women were lynched in the American South in the years between Reconstruction and the Civil Rights Movement.  These black men and women were not slaves.  They were hardworking, taxpaying citizens of America who had been granted the right to vote and given equal protection of the law in the American Constitution.  Yet they were viciously murdered for tiny infractions of a racist social code.  These gruesome murders were carefully constructed to impact the entire community. The lynch mob not only killed its victim, it stripped whole communities of any sense of security, protection, or predictability… That such a horrifying imaging of Michelle could be deployed in her so-called-defense made me sad, angry and really very scared.  Melissa Harris-Lacewell, The Root.

Geesh, I need a bath after looking at that – feel like I was raped lynched and torture.

Never read the dude’s work but One Citizen can rest assure he has One less fan.

Don’t Get Angry African American Black People Remember Willie Lynch

Don’t Get Angry —

As we continue with this presidential contest the more I feel as if we have traveled back into time – race race race – bigotry bigotry bigotry – hate hate hate. I have listened to more unfounded reasoning called prejudice as to why Senator Barack Obama should not be elected our next United States of America President.

From ‘He’s not Black Enough’ shifted to he’s too Black – the seed of an African Man – that really is an Islamic terrorist Muslim. Senator Obama has been sliced diced cut ripped torn picked stabbed and peeled apart. Yet, he is still standing – Strong and Tall.

My hope for every African American Black Person today is too remember and reread the famous teachings of “Willie Lynch,” a British Slave Owner from the West Indies. The term “lynching” is derived from his last name.

The Willie Lynch Letter: The Making Of A Slave!

December 25, 1712

Gentlemen:

I greet you here on the bank of the James River in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twelve. First, I shall thank you, the gentlemen of the Colony of Virginia, for bringing me here. I am here to help you solve some of your problems with slaves. Your invitation reached me on my modest plantation in the West Indies, where I have experimented with some of the newest and still the oldest methods for control of slaves. Ancient Rome’s would envy us if my program is implemented.

As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious King, whose version of the Bible we cherish, I saw enough to know that your problem is not unique. While Rome used cords of wood as crosses for standing human bodies along its highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasions. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree, a couple miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, You suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed.

Gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them. In my bag here, I have a foolproof method for controlling your black slaves. I guarantee every one of you that if installed correctly it will control the slaves for at least 300 years [2012]. My method is simple. Any member of your family or your overseer can use it. I have outlined a number of differences among the slaves and make the differences bigger. I use fear, distrust and envy for control.

These methods have worked on my modest plantation in the West Indies and it will work throughout the South. Take this simple little list of differences and think about them. On top of my list is “age” but it’s there only because it starts with an “A.” The second is “COLOR” or shade, there is intelligence, size, sex, size of plantations and status on plantations, attitude of owners, whether the slaves live in the valley, on a hill, East, West, North, South, have fine hair, course hair, or is tall or short. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action, but before that, I shall assure you that distrust is stronger than trust and envy stronger than adulation, respect or admiration. The Black slaves after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self refueling and self generating for hundreds of years, maybe thousands.

Don’t forget you must pitch the old black Male vs. the young black Male, and the young black Male against the old black male. You must use the dark skin slaves vs. the light skin slaves, and the light skin slaves vs. the dark skin slaves. You must use the female vs. the male. And the male vs. the female. You must also have you white servants and overseers distrust all Blacks. It is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us. They must love, respect and trust only us. Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control. Use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss an opportunity. If used intensely for one year, the slaves themselves will remain perpetually distrustful of each other.

Thank you gentlemen

[‘in the year of our Lord’? – written on Jesus’ Birthday?]

Lets Make a Slave

First of all we need a black nigger man, a pregnant nigger woman and her baby nigger boy. Second, we will use the same basic principle that we use in breaking a horse, combined with some more sustaining factors. Don’t kill him, but put the fear of God in him, for he can be useful for future breeding. A Christian Mentality, Keep reading it gets better [page 1].

Cardinal Principles for making a Negro

For fear that our future Generations may not understand the principles of breaking both of the beast together, the nigger and the horse. We understand that short range planning economics results in periodic economic chaos; so that to avoid turmoil in the economy, it requires us to have breath and depth in long range comprehensive planning, articulating both skill sharp perceptions. We lay down the following principles for long range comprehensive economic planning. Both horse and niggers is no good to the economy in the wild or natural state. Both must be broken and tied together for orderly production. You need to learn why they tied us to horses and stripped us down Naked, you’ll see how it still plays out today in other fashions and shapes. This presidential race is reminding me of Willie Lynch [page 2].

The Breaking Process of the African American Woman

Take the female and run a series of tests on her to see if she will submit to your desires willingly. Test her in every way, because she is the most important factor for good economics. If she shows any sign of resistance in submitting completely to your will, do not hesitate to use the bull whip on her to extract that last bit of resistance out of her. Take care not to kill her, for in doing so, you spoil good economic. If there ever was a Satan, well he was it – Read on [page 2].

The Nigger Marriage

You read it it – I’m not getting ready to go there [page 3].

Warning: Possible Interloping Negatives

Crossbreeding niggers mean taking so many drops of good white blood and putting them into as many nigger women as possible, varying the drops by the various tone that you want, and then letting them breed with each other until another cycle of color appears as you desire.

What this means is this; Put the niggers and the horse in a breeding pot, mix some assess and some good white blood and what do you get? You got a multiplicity of colors of ass backward, unusual niggers, running, tied to a backward ass long headed mule, the one productive of itself, the other sterile. We’re almost at the finish line keep going. One of the saddest things is that ‘They called us savaged animals [page 4].

Control The Language

Crossbreeding completed! for further severance from their original beginning, we must completely annihilate the mother tongue of both the new nigger and the new mule and institute a new language that involves the new life’s work of both. You know language is a peculiar institution. It leads to the heart of a people. The more a foreigner knows about the language of another country the more he is able to move through all levels of that society. Willie Lynch goes on with more racist hate. Using an example of hogs living in a hogpen (us human beings) [page 3-4].

Well there you have it!

And every now and then I am forced to reread the teachings of Willie Lynch. When I’m scratching my head trying to figure out exactly where is this hatred coming from? The race baiting especially in the presidential campaign. America right now is living out Willie Lynch. His teachings have never died nor been put to rest. So don’t get angry African American Black People be glad they are sharing their true thoughts ways & beliefs.

Pat Buchanan is a Racial Arsonist

Frederick Douglas

Frederick Douglas on Patriotism:

“a True Patriot is a lover of his country, who rebukes and does not excuse its sins”.

Dr. Martin Luther King, delivered a speech at his church “Why I am Opposed to the Vietnam War.”  He spoke on God’s judgement of America, voicing his belief on just how arrogant America was.  From the working definition of Mr. Frederick Douglas, he expressed that the United States was ‘the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today’.

What was the Fall Out behind this?

Immediately, he became one of the least admired and less respected persons, plus one the most hated people of America. Whereas, just a few years prior he had been considered one of America’s most loved.  He was the very man who had worked diligently across this great nation operating from a premise of peace and goodwill towards all mankind — not merely fighting for civil rights, but human rights for everyone.  Regardless of religion or color.  Every accomplishment made was through nonviolence.

  1. 1964-1965  He had sat at the table with President Lyndon Byrd Johnson to help establish the Voting Right and Civil Right Acts.
  2. 1967  After the speech in opposition of the Vietnam War – his invitation to the White House was withdrawn.
  3. 1968  He was shot dead.

Why?  Because, his patriotism the love for his country was called into question.

The Word Patriot and The ‘ism’

The definition of  is really simple, but can become clouded and scary.  It’s a doubled edge sword with a double meaning.  Based on who you are and where you come from.  What color and what race you might be.  It’s a major player, a deciding factor in what you can say and what you’re allowed to get away with.  It determines whether you’ll get a free pass or not.

The second definition of what constitutes a True Patriot and what is real patriotism, states that no matter what ugliness evilness or wrongdoing that America commits, you’ll uphold never speak against or rebuke it.  Simply, ‘God Bless America no matter what she does’.

From this definition, I don’t think I and most will ever truly be able to fulfill the requirements of patriotism.  Yet, there are some that no matter what America has done or will do are capable of saluting the red white and blue.

Pat Buchanan:

“America has been the best country on earth for Black Folks no people anywhere has done more to lift up Blacks than White Americans – Welfare, Food Stamps, Rent Supplements, Section 8 Housings.”

He’s been given precious print and air time to express these racist views:

  1. Due to the higher rate of Afrikkan American incarceration, (which he feels doesn’t stem from racial injustices), this makes them morally inferior.
  2. Blacks had the greatest opportunity of all through being enslaved, by being brought here on a ‘cruise ship’ then being introduced to ‘christianity’.
  3. The slaves had ‘jobs’ waiting on them, because ‘his Irish ancestors didn’t have cushy plantation jobs waiting and set in place for them’.

Patriotism should never outweigh humanness nor decency.  As an American, my country has been a part of things, that have literally made me say out loud, “Geesh I’m ashamed to say that I’m an American right now.”  Has it made me want to give up my citizenship, my birthright?  Of course not.

Now, Dr. Martin Luther King and Reverend Jeremiah Wright were ostracized for speaking out.  And really truth be told Dr. King met death behind it.  Yet, Pastors John Hagee and Ron Parsley can take to their pulpits and spew the most powerful of venom as to why events and the most unfortunate of occurrences are happening here in America.  The media and the major news outlets report and brush over it, very gently. And as of today, they are both still very much alive.

Yes, Pat Buchanan is a racial arsonist, who goes around setting fires and trying to burn down – wanting to replace with – more racial divide.  Not my definition of an American Patriot.
